If not Flagstaff (AZ), check out Utah. That may be close enough.
Check out Sunrise. It’s higher in elevation which means better snow and has better slopes. have fun!
The best overall snow conditions from Jan-March will be at Brianhead ski resort in southwestern Utah. Probably and hour and half drive from the Grand Canyon. Sunrise resort in Northeastern Arizona is also a good bet if they have decent snow conditions.
Sunrise is sometimes better than Snowbowl, but Snowbowl is great IF it snows! So go to their websight and check the snowfall beforehand. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes they don’t open
